Lochner Acquires Green International Affiliates to Expand New England Business

Lochner is expanding its service offerings in New England with the acquisition of Green International Affiliates, Inc.

Founded in 1954 and headquartered in Tewksbury, Massachusetts, Green is a trusted surface transportation, water resources, and civil/site engineering firm with seven decades of experience serving municipalities, regional authorities, state Departments of Transportation, federal agencies, and private sector clients.

“We warmly welcome our new colleagues to the Lochner family,” said Board Chair and Chief Executive Officer, Terry Ruhl. “Green’s structural, transportation, water resources, civil/site engineering, and multidisciplinary engineering support services are complementary and additive to Lochner’s Connecticut and Rhode Island portfolios. Our goal, under the leadership of Green’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Ko Ishikura, PE, is to expand the transportation business in New England and incubate a water and municipal services portfolio in the Northeast Region, while upholding our commitment to delivery excellence for our collective clients.”

Added Mr. Ishikura, “I am incredibly proud of what our dedicated team of professionals has built at Green and excited to join forces with Lochner to extend our legacy. Partnering with Lochner strengthens our ability to deliver exceptional infrastructure solutions for our clients, creates new career growth opportunities for our team, and provides long-term stability and success for our organization.”

The firm will operate as Green International Affiliates, Inc., A Lochner Company.
