Marina Fernandes Joins Lochner as New England Water & Environment Program Director
Lochner, an Egis company, is pleased to announce that Marina Fernandes, PE, LEED AP, has joined the firm as New England Water & Environment Program Director.
Marina brings nearly 20 years of experience delivering complex municipal infrastructure programs, spanning planning, permitting, design, and construction. Her experience includes leading multidisciplinary teams and managing large-scale water, wastewater, and transportation programs. This work includes oversight of multimillion-dollar capital initiatives, with a strong focus on operational performance, regulatory coordination, and community engagement. She is known for her collaborative approach and ability to advance projects that balance technical performance with community needs.
In her new role, Marina will work closely with teams across Lochner and Egis, supporting the Northeast Region—particularly in New England—to strengthen water and infrastructure program delivery and help clients implement resilient, future-focused solutions.

Marina is a licensed Professional Engineer and LEED Accredited Professional. She holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
