Graham SM Briggs Joins Lochner as Program Director

Lochner, an Egis company, is pleased to announce that Graham SM Briggs, PE, PMP, has joined the firm as Program Director.

Graham brings more than 25 years of experience in program management and project controls across complex infrastructure programs. He is known for strengthening governance frameworks, improving operational performance, and leading multidisciplinary teams in the successful delivery of large-scale initiatives.

In his role, Graham will help strengthen program management and project controls capabilities across Lochner and Egis while supporting clients in the delivery of large-scale transportation initiatives.

Graham is a licensed Professional Engineer in Massachusetts and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering from Lafayette College. He has shared his expertise as a guest speaker at the University of Southern California and Northeastern University, presented at national industry conferences including CMAA, the Western Winter Workshop, and the NJ Transaction Conference, and been featured on leading industry podcasts and thought leadership programs.
