Lochner Partners with DePaul University’s Driehaus College of Business for Fourth Year of Leadership Foundations Certificate Program

In partnership with DePaul University’s Driehaus College of Business, we are excited to continue participation in the Leadership Foundations Certificate Program.

Now in its fourth year, the program strengthens our emerging leaders with advanced skills in strategic thinking, team effectiveness, and evidence-based management. This year’s cohort includes 15 professionals from across Egis, Lochner, and RockSol, representing diverse disciplines, business lines, and geographic regions — reinforcing our shared commitment to developing leaders at every level of the organization.

Led by Dr. Erich Dierdorff, the year-long curriculum challenges participants to expand their leadership capacity, sharpen decision-making, and elevate how they lead people and projects.

As a DePaul doctorate alumnus, Lochner’s Board Chairman and CEO, Terry Ruhl, joined the opening session in Chicago to reaffirm our investment in leadership development:
