Amanda Mangano Joins Lochner’s National Aviation Practice

Lochner is pleased to welcome Amanda Mangano as Project Services Manager for our National Aviation Practice. Based in our Dallas, Texas office, Amanda brings more than 15 years of experience in aviation planning and grant management, along with deep institutional knowledge and strategic insight to support capital improvement programs nationwide.

Her background includes roles with the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) Southwest Region and Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, giving her a strong understanding of federal processes and funding programs. At Lochner, Amanda will focus on streamlining grant workflows, supporting project managers across the country, and building a centralized resource to help navigate the unique requirements of each FAA region.

“We’re excited to welcome Amanda to Lochner. Her experience with airports and the FAA brings valuable expertise and strategic insight.
