Lochner’s Dean Gustafson Appointed as Chair of the ITS America Broadband Working Group

Lochner’s Dean Gustafson, PE, PTOE, National TSMO/ITS Practice Lead has recently been appointed as Chair of the ITS America Broadband Working Group.

Dean holds over 28 years of experience in the transportation industry, spanning both the public and private side, supporting Departments of Transportation in planning and designing stronger transportation infrastructure systems that improve safety and mobility. Dean has played a critical role in the development and growth of Lochner’s internal TSMO/ITS Practice.

As ITS Chair, Dean will support ITS America in their working efforts to get fiber in the ground faster, help members get fiber grants, and promote dig one policies.
