Sean VonFeldt, Program Management Program Director, recently served as a panelist at the Construction Management Association of America’s (CMAA) Pacific Northwest Chapter Mega Project Updates meeting in Seattle, WA. The session focused on regional mega projects and brought together industry leaders to share evolving strategies for delivering large-scale infrastructure programs.

Drawing from his extensive experience delivering complex transit and aviation programs, Sean shared insights on program and project controls, with an emphasis on early master scheduling and resource planning to address construction packaging methods, market capacity challenges, and strategies to increase small business participation.
