DOTI Colfax Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) On-Call Owner’s Representative Services

Our team was selected as the prime consultant to provide Project and Construction Management for the Colfax BRT project in Denver. The project aims to deliver significantly faster, safer, more attractive, and more reliable transit service in the highest ridership bus corridor in the Denver Metropolitan Area.

The anticipated capital investment in improved stations, dedicated BRT lanes, and better pedestrian access is specifically designed to address the growing travel demand in the corridor and mitigate increased congestion and transit travel time delays.

The Colfax BRT project is being delivered as a CMGC and is currently progressing towards 90% design. Our team is leading the Independent Cost Estimate (ICE) for all levels of design packages for the project, as well as the reconciliation of the contractor’s Opinion of Probable Cost.
