LA Metro Program Control Support Services (PCSS)

We are assisting Metro’s Program Management Department in managing and supporting the delivery of its Measure M capital program.

Our firm is tasked with delivering capital projects and program and serving as an extension of Metro staff, providing areas of expertise that includes program and project management, project delivery, contract development/compliance support, project controls, cost estimating, configuration management, project management information system (PMIS), and technical training. 

The Measure M no sunset half-cent sales tax funds projects to ease traffic, repair local streets and sidewalks, expand public transportation, earthquake retrofit bridges and subsidize transit fares for students, seniors and persons with disabilities. We are providing support for rail line extension and station projects, security center facilities, transit corridor projects, and more. The PCSS will assist in the oversight and completion of all ongoing and future work associated with the management and planning of Metro’s capital program.
