The FasTracks transit expansion program is transforming transportation through the Denver metro region.

FasTracks is a $6.5 billion comprehensive transit expansion plan to build 113 miles of new commuter rail and light rail, and 18 miles of bus rapid transit. This includes 78 new transit stations, 96 new park-n-rides and 32,031 new parking spaces at light rail and bus stations, as well as two new maintenance facilities and the redeveloped Denver Union Station. With $5.5 billion invested or committed to date, the program is benefiting the community by enhancing transit service for easy, convenient bus and rail connections across the eight-county district and region.

A program of this size and complexity requires a commitment to consistent collaboration and coordination across multiple teams, and the ability to embrace new challenges. Triunity provided program controls management and master schedule development for the overall FasTracks program. This included Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis and reporting, schedule controls, budget controls, cost controls, change orders, configuration/document controls, and project risk (contingency) controls.

Additionally, as the managing partner in a joint venture, our team is providing Construction Management Support Consultant (CMSC) services for the overall remaining FasTracks program, including the P3 EAGLE project, I-225 Corridor, North Metro Corridor, Southeast Corridor, Southwest Corridor, Central Corridor, and any remaining future projects on the FasTracks schedule.
