Location Denver, Colorado

Services
  • Project & Construction Management

The project will increase capacity, shorten journey times and improve the transit rider experience along the highest ridership bus corridor in the Denver Metropolitan Area.

We were selected by the City and County of Denver as the prime consultant to provide Project and Construction Management services for the Colfax BRT project. The capital investment in improved stations, dedicated BRT lanes, and better pedestrian access will specifically address the growing travel demand in the corridor and mitigate the increased congestion and transit travel time delays.

The 9.9-route mile project, delivered under a Construction Manager/General Contractor procurement, includes 32 improved stations with an average spacing of 0.31-mile and will operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our team is the lead for the Independent Cost Estimate for all levels of design packages, as well as the reconciliation of the contractors’ Opinion of Probable Cost.
