Lochner, Part of Egis Group, Helps Drive Egis U.S. to 56th in ENR Top 500

Egis announced today that its U.S. operations have achieved a significant milestone in the latest Engineering News-Record (ENR) Top 500 Design Firms rankings, advancing to 56th.

The 2026 rankings also place Egis at 17th in Transportation, marking its first entry into the Top 20, and 47th in the Top 100 Pure Designers, achieving a Top 50 position.

This advancement reflects the continued growth and integration of Egis’ U.S. platform, including Lochner and RockSol Consulting Group. Together, these organizations have strengthened Egis’ ability to deliver comprehensive infrastructure solutions across transportation, aviation, water, and advisory services.

“Reaching #56 in the ENR Top 500—and entering the Top 20 in Transportation for the first time—represents a significant step forward for our U.S. business,” said Alaa AbuSiam, Egis’ Americas Region CEO. “This milestone reflects both the strength of our integrated platform and the continued dedication of our teams to delivering high-quality solutions for our clients.”

The U.S. market remains a key growth priority for Egis globally. The company continues to invest in talent, expand its service offerings, and deepen client partnerships to support the delivery of critical infrastructure across the country.

“These rankings are an important indicator of the momentum we are building,” added Egis U.S. CEO Terry Ruhl. “The combination of Egis, Lochner, and RockSol has created a stronger, more connected platform to better serve the infrastructure needs of communities across the U.S.”
