Luke Easterling Joins Lochner

Lochner welcomes Luke Easterling, PE, MBA, as Dallas Design Lead for our Dallas, Texas office. Luke brings over 13 years of experience including design and construction of transportation and civil engineering projects. He has served as Project Manager and Project Engineer for a variety of major design and construction projects throughout Texas, including the Mobility35 GEC Program for clients such as TxDOT. In his role at Lochner, Luke will focus on growing our design capabilities and presence in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex and expanding our PS&E and GEC resume depth across Texas.
