TJ Gilpin Promoted to Lexington Office Manager

Please join us in congratulating TJ Gilpin, PE, on his recent promotion to Office Manager for Lochner’s Lexington Office. TJ joined Lochner’s CEI team in 2021 after a 20-year career with KYTC. In his new role as Office Manager, TJ will lead the Lexington office, continuing to deliver quality projects for our clients and expanding the firm’s capabilities throughout the State of Kentucky.
