Shannon Latham Joins Lochner

We are pleased to announce that Shannon Latham, SPHR, has joined Lochner as Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer. She holds more than 20 years of human resources experience, 14 of which were dedicated to serving employees, front-line supervisors, and executive leadership teams within the architectural, engineering and construction industry. In her new role with Lochner, Shannon will join the firm’s executive leadership team to drive talent strategies.
