Jane Patton Promoted to Pittsburgh Office Manager

Lochner is pleased to announce the appointment of Jane Patton, PE to the role of vice president and Pittsburgh office manager.

Jane joined Lochner in 2016 with 30 years’ experience in highway bridge engineering within the transportation industry. She has managed in-house and subconsultant teams to successfully complete a variety of projects ranging in complexity and scope across Pennsylvania. In addition to her professional career, Jane is active within the industry’s many professional organizations. She currently sits on the Executive Committee for ESWP’s International Bridge Conference (IBC) serving as this year’s Technical Committee Chair and is scheduled to serve as General Chair of the IBC’s 2021 Conference to be held at National Harbor, Maryland. Jane was the first female President of the Association for Bridge Construction and Design (ABCD), Pittsburgh Chapter and served on the Board of Directors for three years. In February 2019, Jane was recognized by the Pittsburgh Chapter of Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS) with the WTS Innovative Transportation Solutions Award for her role as project manager for the I-79 Bridge Replacement project in the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation’s District 10.
