
Dale Vehlewald Joins Lochner
Dale Vehlewald, PE joins Lochner’s Houston office as Project Manager. He brings more than 30 years of design and project management experience delivering traditional and alternative delivery projects to state Departments of Transportation in Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Ohio, Tennessee, and Virginia.
Dale managed numerous PS&E and large-scale design-build projects for the Texas Department of Transportation including projects on the heavily congested IH 35 corridor through Austin, served as Deputy Project Manager on the Harbor Bridge project in Corpus Christi, and led the asset inventory efforts during the preliminary design phase and quality review checks during the initial phase of PS&E preparation on the $850 million SH 288 Toll Lanes Design-Build project in Houston. He joins the Lochner team currently providing independent engineering services on the SH 288 project.
