“We are excited to add Mitch to the Lochner team. He has a proven record in developing project delivery strategies and creating a culture of collaboration through partnering, which results in successful program implementation and delivery. His unique experience and depth of knowledge will prove to be a great asset to our aviation team and the firm overall.” Phil Russell, PE, JD, Senior Vice President and Central Regional Team Leader.
Mitch is a member of the American Association of Airport Executives and Airport Consultants Council.
