Bellevue Office Supports Socially Equitable Food System
Looking forward to the firm’s 75th year anniversary in 2019, Lochner offices are celebrating throughout 2018 by giving back to their local communities through a service activity of their choosing. This week, we are featuring the efforts of our Bellevue, Washington office. On Saturday, June 16, 2018, employees pulled weeds, mulched areas, pruned herbs, and prepared planter beds for Tilth Alliance’s community learning garden at McAuliffe Park in Kirkland, Washington. Tilth Alliance is a nonprofit whose mission is to build an ecologically sound, economically viable and socially equitable food system. All of the herbs that were pruned were donated to HopeLink, a nonprofit that serves homeless, low-income, and disabled individuals in King County, Washington.
