Lochner Teams Support Local Seniors Through Paint Your Heart Out Tampa

Lochner’s Tampa and Florida CEI teams recently participated in the 35th annual Paint Your Heart Out Tampa, a long-standing community initiative that began in 1988. The program brings volunteers together to paint and revitalize homes for low-income senior residents, at no cost to the homeowners.

Our team spent the day painting the exterior of a selected home and provided all necessary supplies to support the project. We’re proud to be part of an effort that strengthens neighborhoods and reflects our ongoing commitment to the communities we serve.
