Guy Evans Joins Lochner

Guy Evans joins Lochner as Resident Engineer and Construction, Engineering, and Inspection (CEI) Manager for the Salt Lake City office. He has eight years of general construction and CEI management experience having managed numerous highway construction projects for the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT), as well as local Utah municipalities. His recent project experience includes UDOT’s $26 million I-15 Rubblization and Reconstruction project extending from North Beaver to Manderfield in Beaver County, Utah. He successfully managed a team of nine inspectors for this 24-mile asphalt pavement reconstruction and bridge rehabilitation project.
