Ryan Gargan Joins Lochner

Ryan Gargan, PE, joined Lochner’s Pittsburgh team on March 14, 2016, as a Vice President and Senior Project Manager. Ryan has 21 years’ experience in the transportation industry, with expertise in traffic analysis, roadway design, project and department management, and business development. He has managed large-scale, multidisciplinary transportation improvements across Pennsylvania with a focus on expressway and interchange design. In his new role, he will manage the local highway design group and grow Lochner’s Pennsylvania practice.
