Steven Blount Joins Lochner

Steven Blount, PE, joined Lochner on February 22, 2016, as Construction Services Director for the Southeast. Steven will oversee and support Lochner’s existing construction engineering and inspection operations across the region, which stretches from Kentucky to Florida, and will be responsible for the strategic development and growth of this key service sector.

Steven has 24 years’ experience in the construction management and inspection of transportation and civil improvements and for the past 10 years has served as a regional/departmental manager of construction phase services for international engineering consultancies. Steven has had notable success in strengthening existing teams, expanding business operations, and winning high-profile contracts. He is known for the creation of collaborative, team-focused work environments and for securing strong relationships with clients.
