Sheri Boyd Joins Lochner

Sheri Boyd, PE joined Lochner’s Texas team on November 21, 2016 as a Senior Associate and Senior Project Manager with more than 20 years of design and management experience on infrastructure improvement projects. Sheri holds experience in street and roadway reconstruction, urban arterial widenings, bridge replacements, and extensive drainage improvements. She earned a Masters in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics/Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

“We are pleased to have Sheri join the Lochner team. Her expertise combined with her outstanding record for client satisfaction brings valuable experience to our Texas team,” noted Roger Kittrell, PE, Vice President and Dallas Office Manager.

In her role, Sheri will be responsible for leading and managing design teams on infrastructure improvement projects throughout Texas.

“Sheri is an accomplished engineer and leader who is a tremendous addition to the Lochner team. Her comprehensive experience will strengthen our Texas resume and add to our team of trusted industry experts,” commented Phillip Russell, PE, JD, Senior Vice President and Texas Regional Team Lead.
