Two repurposed and adjacent motels have been transformed into a community amenity, offering a total of 73 new units of interim and permanent supportive housing.

On September 29, 2023, following a year-long renovation, the City of Culver City marked the inauguration of its latest Project Homekey supportive housing initiative on Sepulveda Boulevard. Our team provided project and construction management services for the transformation of the two motels into temporary and permanent supportive housing, supporting the City’s ongoing mission to combat homelessness.

The Homekey program is administered by the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) with a goal of sustaining and rapidly expanding housing for persons experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness.”
