Ed Agnew Joins Lochner

Edward N. Agnew, PE has more than 35 years of experience in the aviation industry. His experience includes more than 27 years with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), managing Airport Development Offices (ADO) and professional staff supporting FAA Airport Program implementation in Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. Throughout his career, Ed has remained committed to the advancement of civil aviation and air transportation systems. His understanding of aviation-related funding programs, airport planning, and FAA programs will be a great benefit to Lochner’s clients. Due to his extensive experience and FAA knowledge, Ed will lead the Lochner Aviation Quality Control Program, ensuring standards, plans, specifications, and estimates are consistent within Lochner and with industry standards. Additionally, he will be responsible for Safety Management Systems, a new service offered by the Lochner Aviation Team.
