John Adams Joins Lochner as North Carolina Lead

We are pleased to welcome John Adams, PE, to the Lochner team as North Carolina Lead. With 30 years of experience in civil engineering, John brings extensive expertise in project management, operations management, marketing, and business development.

Most recently, John served as Southern States Transportation Business Line Leader at a global engineering firm. He is actively involved in professional organizations, including the National Society of Professional Engineers and the North Carolina Section of the Institute of Transportation Engineers. In his role at Lochner, John will be responsible for Lochner’s near- and long-term growth in the state, including the expansion of existing and future service lines.
