Lochner Celebrates International Women’s Day

This International Women’s Day, we are proud to celebrate the achievements and continuous efforts of women within our organization and the engineering industry at large. We would particularly like to highlight KFA’s Women’s Group, which has been a source of leadership, support, and inspiration, not only to women engineers but to all women at KFA and is now a thriving community of over 30 members from various roles and backgrounds.

The group’s gatherings serve as a platform for discussions on a myriad of topics that span both personal growth and professional development. From reflective sessions to interactive discussions led by life coaches, the KFA Women’s Group is committed to fostering an environment where women can connect, thrive, and lead.

We are excited to see the KFA Women’s Group expanding across Lochner and our family of companies. By extending the reach of the KFA Women’s Group, we are opening new avenues for mentorship, professional development, and community engagement, further solidifying our dedication to the advancement of women in engineering and beyond.
