Chris Flageolle Promoted to Kansas City Office Manager

Please join us in congratulating Chris Flageolle, PE, on his recent promotion to Office Manager for Lochner’s Kansas City office.

In addition to his current role leading our Construction Engineering & Inspection team, Chris will also lead the Kansas City Design team. His extensive background in design and construction gives him a complete 360-degree perspective of the project process allowing Lochner to provide each of our unique clients with our full spectrum of transportation services.
