Stephan Verberne Returns to Lochner

Lochner is pleased to welcome back Stephan Verberne, PE as Vice President and Tampa’s Office Manager following the retirement of former Office Manager, Tracy Ellison, PE.

Stephan served as a project manager in Lochner’s Tampa team from 2011 to 2018 and brings two decades of experience in the design and management of a wide variety of transportation improvement projects. Stephan is well respected in the transportation industry for his high standard of work and client service. He has long-standing relationships with a wide array of Florida clients, including the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), Hillsborough County Public Works, Polk County and the City of Tampa.

In his new role as Office Manager, Stephan will lead the Tampa region’s client and business development efforts as well as team management, working closely with Tampa Operations Manager, Doug Hershey, PE and Florida Area Manager, Don Skelton, PE.
