James Spinks, III Joins Lochner

James Spinks, III, PE, PTOE has nearly 19 years of experience working in the private sector in traffic operations and transportation planning. He has developed strategic policies for both local and state governments, using his well-rounded experience to function as a liaison between agencies and stakeholders. He has managed numerous types of pre-design projects with Florida’s Department of Transportation and has served as a traffic engineering consultant for more than 20 Florida municipalities. James’ skills in presenting solutions to transportation challenges are integral to fulfilling client commitments. Additionally, his proficiency in translating technical information into benefit-driven discussion is an asset to Lochner clients.
