Stephan Verberne, PE Promoted to West Region Design Practice Lead

Please join us in congratulating Stephan Verberne, PE, on his promotion to Design Practice Lead for Lochner’s West Region.

With more than 24 years of experience in the transportation industry, including 11 years with Lochner, Stephan has led a range of complex infrastructure design projects. He previously served as Lochner’s Tampa Office Manager and currently leads Lochner’s Communities of Practice.

In this role, Stephan will focus on elevating our design excellence across all infrastructure projects in the region, ensuring the highest standards of technical quality, innovation, and consistency while enhancing collaboration across offices and disciplines. By aligning resources effectively and supporting project delivery, he will play a key role in strengthening our internal capabilities and positioning Lochner for continued growth in the West Region.
