Lochner Shares Insights at the 2025 Designing Cities Conference

Lochner’s Danni Jorgenson, PE, AICP, Senior Transportation Planner, and Stephen Benson, AICP, CNU-A, Transportation and Urban Planner, co-moderated a panel at the 2025 Designing Cities Conference hosted by The National Association of City Transportation Officials (NACTO). Their session, “Strategizing for Success: The Essential Ingredients,” explored key organizational development themes central to NACTO’s Capacity Building program. The discussion focused on how city leaders are using community feedback, data, and strategic planning to align resources with bold initiatives, drive meaningful progress, support staff wellbeing, and strengthen organizational resilience.

The annual conference brings together more than 1,000 transportation professionals from across North America to support advancements in urban mobility. Also representing Lochner was Planning and Funding Lead Michael Nilsson.
