Austin Messerli, PE, Leads ASCE Texas 2025 Infrastructure Report Card

The American Society of Civil Engineers Texas Section recently released the 2025 Texas Infrastructure Report Card, evaluating 16 key infrastructure categories across the state. Lochner’s Austin Messerli, PE, Senior Project Engineer based in Round Rock, Texas, presented the report’s findings at the Texas State Capitol, helping to drive important discussions on Texas’ infrastructure needs. As Report Card Co-Chair, Austin led a 60-member volunteer team in developing this comprehensive assessment. His dedication and expertise played a pivotal role in shaping the report, which serves as a critical resource for raising public awareness and informing policy decisions to strengthen the state’s future.

The 2025 report provides an in-depth evaluation of Texas infrastructure, highlighting both progress and areas for improvement.
