Kevin Bollinger Joins Lochner’s Midwest Design Team

Please join us in welcoming Kevin Bollinger, PE, to the Lochner team. Kevin joins our Midwest Design office as a and Rail & Transit Lead and Senior Project Manager.

Kevin brings over 30 years of civil engineering experience and has managed multimillion-dollar planning, design, and construction projects. He is well-versed in both traditional and alternative project delivery methods.

Kevin’s expertise includes leading multi-discipline teams in developing reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates for transit, railroad, and highway projects. In his role at Lochner, Kevin will focus on expanding Lochner’s market share in the rail and transit sectors, growing our project delivery team, and leading project teams with best practices.
