Lochner Attends and Sponsors the 2023 ARTBA P3s in Transportation Conference

Last week, Lochner attended and sponsored the 2023 American Road & Transportation Builders Association’s (ARTBA) P3s in Transportation Conference, Driving Value and Expanding Opportunities. The conference brought together industry leaders, public officials, and other experts for lively discussions on utilizing and leveraging the record federal transportation investment in the Infrastructure Investment & Jobs Act.

Tom Stoner, PE, Sr. Project Manager in Lochner’s Tampa office is a longtime member, and leader of ARTBA. He received the third-ever “Public-Private Partnership Division Legacy Award”. Tom previously served two terms as ARTBA P3 Division President and help shape the P3 division and conference to what it is today. Tom has successfully led high-profile and complex design projects, such as the $200 million CR 296 Connector projects in Pinellas County, Florida, and numerous design segments on the US 19 corridor.
