Rene Garza Joins Lochner

Lochner welcomes Rene Garza, PE, as Texas CEI Deputy Program Manager for our Texas CEI team. Rene brings over 25 years of experience in transportation engineering including construction, design, maintenance and planning. He recently retired from TxDOT where he spent most of his professional engineering career serving in several different positions. Most recently, Rene served as Pharr Area Engineer where he oversaw 28 construction contracts worth over $400 million and 15 maintenance contracts worth over $25 million. In his role at Lochner, Rene will focus on client relations and business development to bolster our CEI capabilities in South Texas.
