Sergio Garcia Joins Lochner

Lochner welcomes Sergio Garcia, PE, as CEI Deputy Program Manager on our CEI team in Central Texas. In his role, Sergio will focus on the continued growth of the CEI practice as well as managing active projects. Sergio brings over 27 years of experience in design and construction of Design-bid-build and Design-build transportation projects. He recently retired from TxDOT where he spent most of his professional engineering career in El Paso and later as Area Engineer in San Antonio. Sergio has led several large, high-profile Design-build projects in Texas including Spur 601, Americas Interchange, Border West Express and IH-35 NEX
