Tom BacusPE

Tom Bacus leads operations for our West Coast Region. With more than 30 years of industry experience, Tom has served in progressive operations leadership roles, and as an engineer, program manager and construction manager on domestic and international passenger rail, heavy rail, highway, and land development projects.  

He has a strong understanding of all aspects of the professional services business and is particularly adept at developing business strategy, opening new markets and geographies, implementing business processes, and performing due diligence and integration of mergers and acquisitions. Tom has an MBA from the University of Utah and a bachelor’s in civil engineering from Texas A&M University.
