Mike PeekPMP

Mike Peek leads operations and program management for our Transit & Rail practice. He came to our team in 2023 when Denver-based Triunity, Inc. joined Lochner’s family of companies. A graduate of Colorado State University’s Construction Management program, Mike was Chief of Operations at Triunity, with services spanning the aviation, municipal infrastructure, roads and highways, transit and railroad, and water and wastewater markets.  

He has more than 35 years of industry experience in program management and construction management for large transit, highway, fiber-optic communication, and energy programs. This includes expertise in program controls, project management, project controls, claims avoidance, claims analysis, earned value management, risk analysis, scheduling and cost controls. With years of practical experience, Mike is also skillful at conducting consultant and contractor reviews for integrity, scope and consistency with program procedures, at all phases of projects.
