Kirk EvansPE

Kirk Evans is our Central Region Aviation Lead. He has managed commercial and general aviation projects throughout the southwest, providing project management, design, engineering, and construction management services. With nearly two decades of experience, Kirk’s knowledge of the aviation industry provides him with a unique understanding of how to keep airport projects on schedule and budget.  

A dynamic leader, Kirk has been instrumental in expanding our landside service offerings and implementing Lochner’s use of mobile technology throughout construction. Kirk earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Oklahoma State University.
