Kasey MeyerJD

Kasey Meyer serves as Legal Counsel, providing oversight for corporate governance, regulatory compliance, employment law, insurance and risk management, claims and litigation, and mergers and acquisitions. 

Prior to joining Lochner, Kasey served as Legal Counsel and Government Contracts Compliance Officer at PCL Construction Enterprises, Inc. She also worked for more than a decade in private practice focusing on complex commercial litigation, construction litigation, and employment litigation at the trial and appellate levels. She earned a bachelor’s degree in criminology from Florida State University and a juris doctorate from the University of Denver – Sturm College of Law.
