Charlotte Maddox serves as our National Water Practice Lead, providing strategic leadership for Lochner’s water, wastewater, stormwater, and water resources services nationwide. With nearly 30 years of experience, Charlotte has led complex infrastructure programs and multidisciplinary teams for public and private sector clients, with a strong focus on operational excellence, growth, and delivery of large-scale water programs.

A nationally recognized water industry leader, Charlotte has held senior executive roles within global engineering organizations, where she was responsible for business line strategy, portfolio management, and sustained revenue growth across geographically diverse markets. She earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Florida and a master’s degree in civil engineering with a water resources specialty from the University of South Florida.
