Lisa Vale Promoted to Region Environmental Lead
Please join us in congratulating Lisa Vale on her recent promotion to Region Environmental Lead.
With over 12 years of experience as an Environmental Scientist specializing in transportation projects and regulatory compliance, Lisa has built a strong reputation in the industry. Her expertise in environmental laws, documentation standards, and NEPA preparation has made her a key contributor in delivering high-quality, compliant environmental documents. As a former environmental section manager, Lisa’s attention to detail and rigorous QA/QC approach supports the effective management of environmental risks across projects.
In her new role as Region Environmental Lead, Lisa will work collaboratively with colleagues across Lochner’s offices to lead and grow the environmental practice throughout the region. She also serves as cochair for Lochner’s Planning & Environmental Community of Practice, where she helps foster knowledge sharing, mentorship, and best practices across teams. Her leadership and strategic insight will play a key role in advancing team efforts and driving continued success.
Northeast Design Regional Manager Eric Wilson, PE, said, “I am excited for Lisa to step into this new role and lead our talented environmental team. She is an experienced professional who has proven her leadership abilities, and I am confident she will continue to inspire our team to deliver exceptional results.”
Beyond her professional achievements, Lisa is committed to giving back to the community through local volunteer efforts. She enjoys traveling and camping with her family, Rory and Parker, in their vintage 1959 camper.
