Green Selected for VTrans Roadway and Traffic Engineering Services Contract

Green International Affiliates, Inc. (Green), A Lochner Company, has been selected by the Vermont Agency of Transportation (VTrans) as a prime consultant for their Roadway and Traffic Engineering Services 2025 retainer contract. Green will provide work order-based engineering and design services to support the development of roadway, intersection, traffic, park and ride, rest area, and safety-related transportation projects across the State of Vermont.

“We are honored that VTrans has repeatedly placed its trust in Green over the past 25 years and look forward to again serving as an extension of the Agency to deliver projects that enhance roadway and traffic safety and efficiency throughout the state,” said Ko Ishikura, PE, Lochner New England Area Lead.

Green has been a partner to VTrans since 1999, having successfully executed six previous and consecutive roadway and traffic engineering retainer contracts, in addition to multiple structural engineering, highway resurfacing, and park and ride retainer contracts. The company’s commitment to delivering projects on schedule and within budget, while fostering strong communication with VTrans personnel, has been a key factor in this longstanding relationship.

In January 2025, Green joined Lochner, a leading provider of infrastructure planning and engineering services, with the goal of expanding the company’s transportation business in New England and incubating a water and municipal services portfolio in the northeast.
