Kevin Manilla Joins Lochner as Ontario, California Office Manager

We are pleased to announce that Kevin Manilla, PE, PMP, ENV SP, has joined Lochner as Office Manager for our Ontario, California office. With more than two decades of experience, Kevin specializes in Caltrans project development and design procedures, including the preparation of Project Study Reports, Project Reports, and Environmental Documents, PS&E and Bid/Construction Support. Additionally, Kevin has extensive experience in successful project management, transportation engineering, interchange and roadway planning and design, highway project development planning, project implementation, design management, construction management, and public involvement.

In his role at Lochner, Kevin will work alongside our California team members to deliver quality projects for our clients while expanding the firm’s capabilities throughout the State of California.
