Lochner Partners with DePaul University’s Driehaus College of Business for a new Leadership Foundations Certificate Program

In partnership with DePaul University’s Driehaus College of Business, 16 Lochner colleagues recently kicked off participation in a new Leadership Foundations Certificate Program.

The year-long curriculum, led by internationally recognized scholar, instructor and consultant, Dr. Erich Dierdorff, is designed to accelerate evidence-based management skills by helping professionals learn not just another set of “tools” or “best practices,” but how to effectively think about leadership and leading people. Other facilitators of the program include award-winning DePaul professor Dr. Robert S. Rubin and Manifest Financial President & CEO, David Dixon.

As a DePaul doctorate alumnus, Lochner’s Board Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Terry Ruhl joined the opening session. “I am thrilled that DePaul has given Lochner the honor of participating in their inaugural leadership program. We are very fortunate to extend this opportunity to our talented professionals and future industry leaders.”
