Lochner Helps CTDOT Visualize the Future

Recently, Lochner’s Visualization, Creative Services, Traffic, and Roadway teams partnered with the Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) to create a 3D model simulation video for an innovative new roadway design in Norwich, Connecticut.

Working closely with CTDOT’s designers, Lochner created an engaging vision of the future that explained the numerous complex project aspects all in one comprehensive visual. The 3D model simulation included accurate scale roadway plans, real-world traffic scenarios, distinct landscape plans, and authentic environmental surroundings. To enhance the story and allow for maximum accessibility and comprehension, motion graphics and voiceover explanations were used throughout the video.
