Matt Daeda Joins Lochner

Lochner welcomes Matt Daeda, PE, as Construction Manager for the firm’s Illinois Offices. Matt has nearly two decades of experience in expressway traffic engineering, construction, and highway operations. During his time with the Illinois Department of Transportation, Matt was responsible for the safety and efficacy of traffic control on Expressways, developed systems addressing a wide variety of traffic concerns, and established communication methods with various agencies and stakeholders through the project duration.
