
Lochner Welcomes New Chief Operating Officer (COO), Jim Doyna
Effective July 6, 2021, Lochner transitioned the COO role from Paula Tomlins to Jim Doyna. Paula will remain as Lochner’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Jim is a financial and operations executive with more than twenty years of experience in international engineering, technology, and construction markets. Prior to joining Lochner, he served as the CFO of Jacobs’ Buildings & Infrastructure Americas (BIA) business unit. As Lochner’s new COO, Jim will be actively engaged in the day-to-day operational aspects of the business, as well as, defining and executing upon future transformational growth initiatives.
President and Chief Executive Officer, Jeanne Cormier, said “Jim’s industry experience in both financial and operational roles spanning surface transportation, water, port, marine, and other civil infrastructure business units will benefit Lochner in various ways as we look forward to substantially growing the firm through more aggressive acquisition efforts.
